WHY RECYCLE?
The StS SAC-4 has a capacity of 200 gallons
per minute. Let us assume we are only using half capacity and cleaning 100
gallons per minute. If you calculate that on an hour basis that amounts to 6000
gallons of mud per hour. If the mud costs $.07 per gallon then your mud per
hour will equal $420 per hour. Assuming 90% of this mud is returned to the
cleaner and recycled that is a savings of $378 per hour. If a new SAC-4 costs
$56,600 US it will take 150 hours of operation to pay off this unit. At 5 hours
of operation a day this equals 30 days of operation.
